Terms and conditions of purchasing Save Family GPS watches
Any orders for SaveFamily GPS smartwatches for children with location tracker can be made online via our website at www.savefamilygps.com.
Once you have successfully completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order reference number and a summary of your order. Please check this email and keep it as proof of purchase for any future communications.
All of our prices are given in euros and include VAT for sales within the European Union. The only additional charge is for shipping. For special deliveries, we reserve the right to invoice for the actual transportation costs, with your approval.
Orders are sent for delivery once payment has been received and confirmed.

4. SHIPPING POLICY
SaveFamily GPS watches are delivered within Spain.
For deliveries in Spain and the Balearic Islands, the delivery company used is Correo Express.
- The delivery time is 1-7 working days. The majority of deliveries to Spain and the Balearic Islands are made within 24-48 hours, except in exceptional cases.
- In the event of a stock shortage, we will contact you to resolve the issue and inform you of the various possible solutions.
In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery company we use is Correos.

To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery charge is €5.
Please check that your delivery address is as complete and accurate as possible, and that your phone number and email address are correct.
From the date of our shipping confirmation email being sent, any claims regarding an order must be made within 7 days. Please ensure that the email address you have given us is correct so that you receive this shipping notification.
By agreeing to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE, the customer agrees to pay any secondary shipping fees that arise in the event of returns due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or for claims regarding orders not made within the designated time period.
Savefamilygps.com shall not be held responsible if it is unable to send the requested order due to circumstances outside of its control, including DELAYS by our suppliers, fire, flood, industrial strike action, electrical problems etc.
If upon receiving your order your are not satisfied with it, you may exercise your right to withdrawal as stipulated by Spanish Consumer Protection Law by requesting a refund within a period of 20 calendar days from the date that you received your order, using the original packaging in which you received your order. Any returned products must be in perfect condition with no limitations to their usage. Once it has been confirmed that the returned items meet these conditions, then the full amount paid for the product or products in question shall be refunded (including the original post and packaging expenses). The customer must bear the cost of post and packaging for returning the goods.

This form must be completed and sent back together with the product being returned.
If the returned item is acceptable, then the purchase price will be refunded in full using the initial payment method. The refund will be carried out as soon as we have received the returned product and we have confirmed that it meets our minimum requirements. Customers are only required to bear the shipping costs involved in returning the items.
Any incorrect deliveries must be reported within a maximum of 48-72 hours after receipt of the package.
Savefamilygps.com provides a guarantee of two years, starting from the date that the product is delivered to the customer. The receipt acts as the guarantee – please keep it. This guarantee covers any faults in manufacturing or materials that may appear, provided that the product has been used in accordance with the instructions for use. The guarantee does not cover damage to the product caused as a result of misuse, a lack of care or if the product is modified.
The warranty will not cover water damage as external handling not supervised by SaveFamily is required.
If a defect becomes apparent and SaveFamily receives a request to activate the warranty within the applicable Guarantee Period, then as stipulated by law, SaveFamily will decide on one of three options: to repair the product (1), exchange it for a new product (2), or provide a monetary refund (3). Any replacement product shall have a guarantee period that lasts for the remainder of the original guarantee, or for a period of thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for an extended period of time if required by the applicable legislation.

This authorisation form to activate the guarantee must be included with the product and sent to the technical support team, not forgetting to include the original order number.
This limited product guarantee only applies to an original product purchased at savefamilygps.com or one of its authorised distributors, manufactured by or on behalf of SaveFamily. This guarantee does not apply to any product or product parts that have been repaired, altered, restored or modified by any person not authorised by SaveFamily, and does not apply to any cosmetic damage such as scratches, knocks or dents. This limited product guarantee also does not apply to damage or faults caused by (a) use with products that are not produced by SaveFamily; (b) accidents, misuse, incorrect usage, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) normal wear and tear of the product, such as discolouration or stretching; or (d) use of the product for purposes other than those for which it is intended, failing to comply with the instructions provided by SaveFamily GPS watches, or an unsuitable voltage or power supply.
No resellers, distributors, agents or employees of SaveFamily GPS watches are permitted to provide any modifications, extensions or additions to this limited product guarantee. If any terms under this document are deemed to be illegal or invalid, this shall not affect the legality or validity of the remainder of the terms in this document.
7. Using WhatsApp on SaveWatch+ and Iconic+ models
Within the European Economic Area, which includes the European Union, WhatsApp does not allow the use of its application (registration and service) to minors under 16 years of age. This is without prejudice to the fact that the national legislation of each country may consider a different age limit for the use of WhatsApp. It is possible that if Whatsapp discovers that the account belongs to a minor, it may be deactivated without prior notice. As far as the European Union is concerned, the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016) sets the age of consent at 16 years, although it provides for the possibility that any member state may set or determine the minimum age up to the limit of 13 years (it may never be lower).
In the case of Spanish legislation, the minimum age for the use of Whatsapp is set at 14 years, in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights of 5 December, while the personal data of a minor may only be processed when they give their consent when they are over fourteen years of age (article 7).
Therefore, and by way of conclusion, the installation and use of this application by minors who have our devices, together with the responsibility that this entails, falls on those persons who have parental authority or guardianship of the minor who has the SaveFamily device, as this gives them the right and duty to act on behalf of the minor in those areas in which their rights may be affected.
With regard to the Whatsapp application itself, its updates and its operation, SaveFamily cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise, since it is an application independent of the brand. In the event of any incident, the user of the SaveFamily product should contact the application itself through the appropriate channels.
